How to Return a Product

  • Tap on the “WhatsApp chat option” and send a message or email us.
  • Message, “I want to return the product.”
  • Our representative will send you an online form. Please fill it out with all the relevant information.
  • Select “Pick Up” or “Drop Off” as per your preference and submit the request.
  • Securely pack your return package with the product in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Make sure you have also sent your order number and return tracking number to us via WhatsApp at the time of delivery.

Refunds
